This is a temporary public signal for Shahin created as a full publishing test inside Velion Insights. The purpose of this test is to confirm that a public signal can move correctly through the whole workflow, from admin creation to website publication and Telegram distribution. This signal should appear on the public Signals page after publishing. It should also open correctly on its own detail page, show the selected website image, display the signal fields clearly, and keep the content accessible because the access level is set to Public.
